Cancellations. Email bookkeeper@hoaqualitymgmt.com as soon as possible. Full refund if we haven’t started work yet; partial refund if we’ve started but haven’t delivered (the share representing work not yet performed); no refund if documents have already been delivered. Cancellation requests must be in writing. These terms follow California Civil Code § 4530(b)(3).
Certificates of Insurance (Chaparral Springs only). Available directly from the association’s insurance agent: Socher Insurance, (877) 456-3643. HOAQM does not issue these.

Credit card and ACH payment.
For now, all fees must be paid by check, made out to HOA Quality Management, LLC. The check must arrive before paperwork begins. The only exception is the Transfer Fee, which is paid through escrow at close. Credit card and ACH payment are on the way — we’ll update this page when the change is live.
