  • Standard demand form

    One-page in-house form supplied by HOA Quality Management.

    $35

  • Custom demand form

    We complete a demand form you supply.

    $50 per page

  • Document Package

    Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, CC&Rs, current budget, policies, the Civil Code § 4525 Disclosure page, and additional governing documents.

    $175 for Canterbury, Marisol, Merimont, ParcPlace.

    $200 for Chaparral Springs, Hidden Oaks.

  • Minutes

    Multiply by meetings needed (e.g., 12 meetings = $36).

    Meetings per year by community:

    • Chaparral Springs and Hidden Oaks: 12 per year.
    • Canterbury, Marisol, Merimont, ParcPlace: 4 per year.
    $3 per meeting

  • Newsletters

    Multiply by months needed (e.g., 12 months = $36).

    Newsletters are monthly at all communities.

    $3 per month

  • Rush request

    24-hour turnaround instead of standard 72 hours.

  • Transfer Fee

    Due at close of escrow. Please send a copy of the deed at close.

    The Transfer Fee is the only fee that may be paid through escrow. All other fees must be paid by check before paperwork begins.

Certificates of Insurance (Chaparral Springs only). Available directly from the association’s insurance agent: Sharice Swayne, Socher Insurance, (925) 401-7092. HOAQM does not issue these.

Other things worth flagging.

Can I pay by credit card or over the phone?

Not at this time. All fees must be paid by check, made out to HOA Quality Management, LLC. The check must arrive before paperwork begins. The only exception is the Transfer Fee, which is paid through escrow at close. Credit card and ACH payment are coming soon.

What if my community isn’t on this list?

The communities we manage are listed on our home page. If your transaction is in a different community, you’ll need to contact that community’s management firm.
