Chaparral Springs is 169 townhomes in Clayton, at the foot of Mount Diablo in eastern Contra Costa County. It surrounds the Oakhurst Country Club golf course and has a pool and hot tub. Established in 1990, the community is within walking distance of Clayton’s historic downtown.

The board meets monthly on the first Wednesday. Next meeting date, time, and location will be posted here once confirmed.
