About the community
Hidden Oaks at Blackhawk is 206 single-family homes that back up to Mount Diablo. Established in 1978, the community has a 24-hour-manned guard house, Heritage Oak trees in their common areas, open space for hiking, and lush, manicured common areas with many mature trees.
For residents
Hidden Oaks at Blackhawk uses Dwelling Live as its community portal — for documents and forms, Board meeting calendars, pedestrian gate codes, guest management, and contact information for management and the security company’s guards.

The Board meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 7pm at the Athenian School in their Urban Conference Room.
We work with a small number of communities at a time and take on new ones carefully. If a Board is reconsidering who should manage their HOA, we’d welcome a conversation.
